What’s a Responsive Web Design?

The goal of responsive layout would be to have a single website, however with various components that react differently when seen devices of various dimensions.

Let us have a conventional “fixed” web site. Three columns might be shown by the web site when seen for example. The purpose is: using layout, the site automatically adjusts depending on the apparatus it is seen by that the viewer in.
